Frequently asked questions
We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. If you wrote over the weekend, we'll get to you first thing Monday.
We start preparing orders quickly, so the window to change or cancel is short. If you need to fix a shipping address or cancel, email us as soon as you possibly can — if it hasn't entered processing yet, we'll sort it out. Once an order is in production or on its way, we're not able to cancel it. But if anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right within 30 days — see our Returns policy.
Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order ships from our US fulfillment center. US orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days after that; international orders typically take a little longer. If it's well past that window and nothing's turned up, email us your order number and we'll track it down for you.
Always. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging — only your name on the label. Your privacy is part of the product.
